How to Perform Single Arm Reverse Cable Fly

Attach a single handle to a cable machine set at about chest or shoulder height. Stand facing the machine and grab the handle with the opposite hand so the cable crosses your body. Begin with your arm extended in front of you with a slight bend in the elbow. Keeping your torso stable, pull the handle outward and backward in a wide arc until your arm is roughly in line with your shoulder. Focus on squeezing your rear shoulder and upper back muscles at the end of the movement. Slowly return the handle to the starting position with control. Complete all repetitions on one side before switching arms.
