How to Perform Reverse Cable Fly

Set the pulleys on a cable machine to about chest or shoulder height and attach single handles to each side. Stand between the pulleys and grab the left handle with your right hand and the right handle with your left hand so the cables cross in front of you. Start with your arms extended forward with a slight bend in your elbows. Keeping your chest up and core engaged, pull the handles outward and backward in a wide arc until your arms are roughly in line with your shoulders. Squeeze your rear deltoids and upper back at the end of the movement, then slowly return your arms to the starting position under control.
