How do I sign in?
Use the same email and password, Google account or Apple account in the app and on gainzbook.com. Your workouts and food logs belong to that account.
I forgot my password
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Syncing and offline use
Does the app work without a connection?
Yes. You can log workouts and food offline. Gainzbook saves them on your phone and syncs them to your account the next time you're online.
My data isn't showing on another device
Open the app while connected to the internet so it can sync, and make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices. If something is still missing, email us with the date and what's missing.
Premium and subscriptions
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Premium.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the store you bought them from:
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Gainzbook. See Apple's guide.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store as well.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play.
Your data
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. You can also delete it on the web at gainzbook.com/account/delete. This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it.
