How to Perform Reverse Cable Curl
Attach a straight bar to a low pulley on a cable machine. Stand facing the machine and grip the bar with an overhand (pronated) grip about shoulder-width apart. Keep your arms extended and your elbows close to your sides. Curl the bar upward by bending your elbows while keeping your upper arms stationary. Lift the bar until your forearms are close to vertical, then pause briefly before slowly lowering the bar back to the starting position with control. Maintain a steady tempo and avoid swinging your body during the movement.
