How to Perform Reverse Concentration Curl

Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and hold a dumbbell in one hand using an overhand (pronated) grip. Lean slightly forward and brace your elbow against the inside of your thigh. Begin with your arm extended toward the floor. Curl the dumbbell upward by bending your elbow while keeping your upper arm stationary. Lift the weight until your forearm is nearly vertical, then slowly lower it back to the starting position with control. Complete all repetitions on one arm before switching sides.
