How to Perform Assisted Dip

Set the desired assistance weight on the assisted dip machine and place your knees or feet on the support platform. Grip the parallel handles with your arms fully extended and your shoulders stable. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor, keeping your chest upright and elbows pointing slightly backward. Push through your palms to extend your arms and return to the starting position. Maintain controlled movement throughout and avoid locking out your elbows forcefully at the top.
