How to Perform Walking Lunge

Stand upright holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with your arms fully extended. Step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at roughly 90 degrees, keeping your chest upright and your core engaged. Your back knee should move toward the floor while your front knee stays aligned over your toes. Push through the heel of your front foot to stand up and bring your back leg forward into the next lunge step. Continue alternating legs as you walk forward.
