How to Perform Cable Squat Row
Attach a straight bar or handle to a low pulley on a cable machine and stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart. Grab the handle with both hands and step back slightly so the cable is under tension. Begin by lowering into a squat, keeping your chest up and your back straight. As you stand up from the squat, pull the handle toward your torso by driving your elbows back, performing a rowing motion. Squeeze your back muscles at the top, then extend your arms forward and lower back into the squat to return to the starting position. Maintain a smooth, controlled rhythm throughout the movement.
