How to Perform Treadmill

The treadmill is a popular cardio machine that allows you to walk, jog, or run indoors while controlling speed and incline. To use it, step onto the side rails first, start the machine at a slow speed, and then carefully step onto the moving belt. Maintain an upright posture with your head up, shoulders relaxed, and core engaged. Begin walking or running at a comfortable pace, swinging your arms naturally at your sides rather than holding the handrails. You can increase the speed to simulate running or raise the incline to mimic uphill walking for a more challenging workout. The treadmill primarily targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, while also improving cardiovascular endurance and overall stamina.
