How to Perform Sumo Squat

Stand upright holding a dumbbell vertically with both hands in front of your hips. Position your feet wider than shoulder-width apart with your toes pointed slightly outward. Keeping your chest up and core engaged, lower your body by bending your knees and pushing your hips back. Descend until your thighs are roughly parallel to the floor or as low as comfortable. Drive through your heels to extend your knees and hips, returning to the starting position while maintaining control.
