How to Perform Overhead Squat
Stand with a barbell held overhead using a wide grip and your arms fully extended. Position your feet about shoulder-width apart with your toes slightly pointed outward. Keep the bar directly above your shoulders and mid-foot while bracing your core. Lower your body by bending your knees and pushing your hips back while maintaining the bar overhead and your torso upright. Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor or as low as comfortable. Drive through your heels to extend your hips and knees, returning to the starting position
