How to Perform Cross Body Hammer Curl

Stand upright holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended at your sides and your palms facing your body (neutral grip). Keeping your elbow close to your torso, curl one dumbbell upward across your body toward the opposite shoulder while maintaining the neutral grip. Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your biceps and forearm muscles, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position. Repeat with the opposite arm, alternating sides for each repetition.
