How to Perform Barbell Reverse Lunge
Stand upright with a barbell resting across your upper back and shoulders, holding it with both hands for stability. Keep your feet about hip-width apart and your chest upright. Step backward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at roughly 90 degrees. Your back knee should move toward the floor while your front knee stays aligned with your toes. Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position. Alternate legs or complete all repetitions on one side before switching.
