How to Perform Meadows Row

Position one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or secure it in a corner. Stand perpendicular to the bar with your feet staggered and hinge forward at the hips while keeping your back flat. Grab the thick end of the barbell with one hand using an overhand grip. Pull the bar upward toward your hip by driving your elbow back while keeping your torso stable. Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your back muscles, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position. Complete all repetitions on one side before switching arms.
