How to Perform Dumbbell Decline Bench Press

Lie on a decline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended above your chest and your palms facing forward. Keep your feet secured under the pads and your back pressed firmly against the bench. Slowly lower the dumbbells toward the sides of your lower chest by bending your elbows while keeping them slightly angled outward. Once the dumbbells reach chest level, press them back upward until your arms are nearly straight. Perform the movement in a controlled manner throughout.
