How to Perform Decline Chest Press

Sit on the decline lever chest press machine and adjust the seat so the handles align with the lower part of your chest. Place your feet firmly on the floor and grip the handles with your palms facing forward. Begin with your elbows bent and the handles close to your chest. Press the handles forward and slightly downward by extending your arms until they are nearly straight. Pause briefly while squeezing your chest muscles, then slowly bend your elbows to return the handles to the starting position with control.
