How to Perform Seated Leg Curl

Sit on the seated leg curl machine and adjust the seat so your knees align with the machine’s pivot point. Place your lower legs against the padded lever and secure the thigh pad comfortably over your legs. Grip the handles for stability and keep your back pressed against the backrest. Begin with your legs extended, then bend your knees to pull the pad downward by contracting your hamstrings. Continue curling until your lower legs are close to vertical, pause briefly while squeezing your hamstrings, then slowly return to the starting position with control.
